Communication

There are a number of ways that you can gain information and keep up to date about what is happening at TPA. The two main ways we will communicate with parents are:

• Class e mails

• WEDUC

WEDUC is an app that can be accessed online, using a tablet or smartphone.  We use WEDUC to send notices, letters and other information.  It is also used to collect payments for school trips and breakfast club.

Accessing WEDUC is quick and easy.

1, Download the WEDUC app to your phone or tablet using the relevant app store or on internet enabled devices, click here

2. Click ‘Enrol’ and enter the unique enrolment code provided by the school office.

3. If using the app, follow the in-app,step by step instructions to complete your registration.

4. If using a web enabled device, please enter your email address and mobile phone number and click ‘confirm’.  An activation e mail address will be sent to the address provided. Follow the instructions within this e mail to activate your account and set your password.

5. Log into WEDUC using your newly created login details.

It is important that all accounts created are parent accounts to ensure that you are able to access the payment function within the app.
